Welcome to Logan's Wellness Wagon
My name is Logan and I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach through the National Academy of Sport’s medicine. I’ve been working with clients of all ages, including seniors and children for the past 8 years. I have a Master’s Degree in counseling psychology and I am specially training as a life coach. This training helps me support my clients as they work towards a healthy body and mind.
Finding the proper diet and exercise program can be challenging. We are often bound to convenience foods and desk jobs. In order to keep our body working properly, we need to move regularly and eat nutrient-rich foods. I am passionate about healthy lifestyle choices and my hope is to pass this knowledge to my current and future clients.
As a wellness coach, I enjoy guiding my clients to meet their nutrition and fitness goals. I love sports. I am a former basketball player and currently play competitive tennis. In order to be a good athlete, you need proper nutrition and exercise. Making smart choices nutritionally and training hard, will help you maintain a healthy lifestyle and excel toward your peak athletic performance.
